Get up. Get Inspired. Get moving!

Our approach to Physical Fitness is getting kids to spend less time on screens  “A Heart of an Angel” gets  kids outside in nature hiking, stretching, doing agility drills, and strength training using their own body weight. Before they know it, we have their attention and empower children with fitness activities learning about the importance of physical and spiritual fitness.

When we exercise, our body releases chemicals called endorphins. Endorphins  trigger a positive feeling in the body, spirit and attitude.  That’s why we feel so good when we move our bodies. Exercise, wards off anxiety and feelings of depression, boosts self esteem, increases energy levels, improves sleep and the ability for focus. These are just a few awesome things that happen when we Get up , Get out and Get moving!
